We’re a sucker for some outlaw country and southern gothic and Renee Wahl delivers in spades on her new album Cut To The Bone, which is out on the 15th March.
We have a couple of tracks to share from it – To The Bone is a swampy, swaggering rocker that almost has a touch of Depeche Mode’s Personal Jesus about it, and the bittersweet From Here To There is more poignant and reflective and has echoes of artists like Jolie Holland and Mary Gauthier.
